Mission Statement
The Delaware Film Syndicate—formally known as the Wilmington Film Mob—is a Delaware-based collective of artists, filmmakers and interested individuals dedicated to creating and promoting local films. Our aim is to enable filmmakers with the opportunity to realize their vision by providing artistic, technical and advisory assistance to their projects in order to promote the cinematic arts in Delaware. DFS members are volunteers who donate their time, effort and skills to this endeavor to showcase local talent and enhance the artistic presence of The First State.
